We stayed near by the Mexican “beach-party” city Puerto Vallarta with our host Elis and friends in San Franciso, Mexico. One hour car drive on a lonley beach. We enjoyed the time within this small town. In the evening we grilled fresh fish. The climate difference to Guadalajara was big. Here its much warmer and more humitity. Everywhere growing cocus palms, bananas or mangos. The fruits are avalaible on full filled stands directly by the road. Puerto Vallarta was full of people, altough on the last Sunday of the easter holiday. Lot’s of Americans but also Mexicans specially from Guadalajara which here for holiday also. The prices are according to this higher. The ugly hotels by the beach shows what happends in the high season. A small old part of the town was nice to see with lots of arts and crafts. For us it looks like Cabo San Lucas, but not for the big moneyed people.
